Summary
Adults in Uzumaki Naruto's early life are unaffected by anime logic, meaning they didn't just leave a toddler to live on his own with no support just because he's the tragic main character. Instead, they were actually more sensible and proactive in providing him with a better environment to grow up in while still dealing with most of Konoha's hatred and apathy for him.
As a result, he grows up well-adjusted and more socially competent, but still lonely. One day he meets a group of friends at a playground that would spark his desire to grow strong and skilled in order to protect the precious bonds he just gained. He doesn't want to be the Hokage, but to instead go beyond that and be the strongest ninja alive. With help from a certain Nine-Tailed Kitsune sealed within him, he'll be well on his way to reach that goal someday.
During his journey, he would find and form more bonds that would fortify his desire. In addition, some of his most precious ones would turn out to be beautiful young women who'd realize just how special he is to them.
