It's the 2016 All-Star Game. There is no furniture mysteriously vanishing, there are no floods. There are no flower explosions nor smuggled sheep. There's certainly no-one staring unwillingly at Ovie's butt.
The hockey players should be satisfied shouldn't they, as they are safe from prank wars?
Of course they aren't. It's all.. well... a bit dull.

Summary
Flower has to repay Ovie for his assistance in Boston and tries to do so in his own, inimitable, style. Of course, Ovie doesn't want Flower to have the final word either. And it's the All Star Weekend, and hockey players are nosey, bored, and gossipy with easy access to alcohol (thanks Luongo!) so things kind of snowball from there.
