Where via a series of medical and psychological tests they can determine who your mate is. They make all the Capitol and district men and women between the ages of 18 and 30 undergo these tests. And as soon as they find someone's mate they will be paired. When Lucy Gray Baird finds out that her mate is the president's son. She’s shocked and angry. She does not want to leave her family. On top of that her mate Coriolanus Snow is a cocky Capitol bastard. Or at least that’s what he seems to be on tv.
