There is something so very special about the way that Buck stops. He slides his shoes off and sets them on the rack by the door. Eddie does the same.
Eddie's hand slides over the 22-year-old's shoulder and guides. He guides Buck towards the bedroom. The same guide that he has been using to tame Buck's bratty side.
Buck had been at the hospital finishing up his clinicals earlier, so he hadn't been home before the premiere. When they walk into the bedroom, that is when he sees it.
