Lances eyes widen in shock. But it’s definitely not because that was the first time he ever heard Keith say his full name. Definitely not.

Omg this is the first time ive liked a different AU of sskk. Usually i prefer the canon aus yk bc its more interesting and different au’s just come off bland but this was so fun to read like “fluff and crack” yeah because this shit was FULL of crack omg i loved the dynamic between sskk it was SO fun and funny to read. Absolutely amazing, the character writing isnt exactly bad either, its what i would imagine in a modern au bsd where they DONT have trauma. I loved it. This might sound like its the most best fanfic ive read but it isnt exactly that but i would just say i have alot to say about this fic

“What’s Keith’s type?” Lance blurted out like an idiot.
“It’s… obvious,” Pidge said. “He gets all flustered over shitty puns and most physical comedy. And have you seen the way he stares at Hunk when he’s going on about the mechanics of something? Like how the lions work? I’ve literally seen him blushing when Hunk goes into explanation mode.”
“So, you think he has a crush on Hunk?” Lance squawked.
“No. You bonehead,” Pidge laughed. “I’m saying any dad-joke-telling, klutzoid with good grades has probably got a pretty good shot at Keith.”Or: It figures that after years of getting it hilariously wrong face-to-face, Lance finally gets good at talking to Keith through a screen, which is, like, one of his biggest accomplishments. Then, Pidge makes the comment that Keith has a type, while heavily implying that it's Matt.
But, listen, with everything going on with Voltron, the coalition, the Blade of Marmora, and Coran, Lance isn't going to get distracted worrying about it.

“So I have space flu?” Lance muttered.
“A Talerian space flu, I suppose,” Coran replied, chipper as ever.
“Wait,” Pidge took a few steps away from Lance, their arms held out in defense and eyes wide, “it’s not contagious is it?”
“Not to worry!” Coran quickly placated, arms folding behind his back. “It only spreads through very specific means. We don’t need to worry about quarantining or anything of the sort!”
“Oh thank god,” Lance sighed breathlessly, once again leaning heavily on Keith next to him.
Or: Lance contracts a virus from a recently allied planet and Keith struggles to keep his distance from him. He wants to care for his boyfriend, but their relationship is still a secret. Good thing it’s not contagious though, right?
… Right?
