Morty and Evil Morty wake up trapped in a room with no exit, forced to coexist by Rick Prime, who seems more unstable than ever. His true intentions remain a complete mystery.
The two Mortys will have to learn to tolerate each other, because from now on, the other will be the only thing resembling a refuge they have.
While they try to figure out where they are and how to escape, one question haunts Morty without rest: Where is Rick?

Morty nodded.

Another nod, "Only we can protect each other. We do what we have to do. This is how we stick together."
"That's right; and another thing," Rick said, "Don't trust anyone, Poptart, not even me."
He'd engraved it into his soul by then.
