Monarch is a small faceless streamer, 1k views at most per stream. No one really knows who they are or where they are from. However there has been rumors of hearing Philza and Kristen in the background of their streams. Some people theorize that they are the child of Phil and Kristen, but others think they just visit them often. Will anyone ever truly know who they are and why they do what they do?
