Vox looked in the mirror as he got ready for bed, nothing but his boxers on. The bathroom lighting was dim, adding more highlights into all his flaws. The TV man sighed, looking at his reflection, nothing but an old man’s body looking back.
In hell, your body didn’t age any more than it did when you died, but Vox didn’t have the luxury of dying young. He died at 55, and it showed. Taking off his waist trainer was like death to all his confidence as he sorrowfully poked at his belly that pushed out against his boxers, his love handles and his puffy chest.
He sighed again, forgetting who was waiting for him in bed.
“Voxxy~! C’mon papi I wanna get some rest~”

Vox gets carried away a lot. And every time, he returns to normal when reality finally hits him in the face. But this isn't the usual (typically Alastor-related) breakdown. This is an insane, suicidal ‘I-don’t-care-what-happens,' 'I’m-a-god-and-this-is-my-destiny’ breakdown. So when Vox acts like it never happened, Velvette and Valentino realize he may need more help than he's letting on.
Luckily for all of them, there’s a Hotel for this sort of thing.

Summary
About a month after Vox's failed takeover of Heaven, Baxter drags in his dismembered body through the hotel lounge. The sight leaves Alastor to wonder what has become of Vox, so he gets an idea and decides to pay him a visit. The two strike a deal, and now Vox has his body back, but he is stuck at the hotel, and Alastor gets to bask in his humiliation. Vox slowly realises something is going on behind the front. Alastor puts on, and what was once an unrequited love on Vox's end might not be so unrequited anymore.

Summary
When Vox’s doomsday weapon misfires, Shok.wav throws himself into the angelic beam to shield Valentino and Velvette. The damage is irrepairable, and the drone dies with the Media Overlord by his side. His attempts to save him are futile.
Suddenly, everything is so easy to blame on the other two Vees. If it wasn't for them, his pet would be alive and well. Vox tears his family apart with his own claws in blind rage, only snapping back to reality when the city’s billboards light up with memories of what he just destroyed.
Two months later, a broken, glitching shell of a former Overlord is found motionless in an alleway, eroding in the rain. Charlie refuses to let Vox rot away. Alastor is much less pleased. Yes this is a RadioStatic fic

I want this dumbass to suffer more cuz I feel like he got off easy. So here you go, my weird ass AU/rewrite. Before the finale came out I was worried that in order to make Vox truly realize how much he's lost, both Velvette and Valentino would need to end up dead in the final battle. The one thing that can't be replaced- people. And now Vox's pet died protecting his friends from himself, and then those very same people end up getting killed in a fit of rage.
