Summary
She tries her best to see in the dark alley but she barely makes out anything. Hee Do pulls out her cellphone from her pocket, fumbling with the new flashlight feature. A bright light floods the entire alley, almost blinding Hee Do and the other person as she winces. When she adjusts to the light, she finds the exact person she’d been thinking of.
“Ko Yu Rim?” she says with wide eyes. “What are you–”
“Can you – not shine that in my eyes?” Yu Rim’s voice comes out breathless and ragged, like she’d been punched in the stomach. “It’s a bit bright.”
