Summary
During the dawn of Quirks, society collapsed. Governments fell, and those with powerful Quirks took full advantage, building empires or using their newfound abilities however they pleased. In the middle of that chaos, the first heroes stepped into the light. They weren’t official, weren’t recognized, just people who chose to fight back.
Vigilantes.
They helped, but society was still struggling to hold itself together. Eventually, the Hero Public Safety Commission was formed, a system that brought heroes under the law instead of outside it. With that system came their first official hero, working alongside the government to push back the chaos.
Soldier Boy.
With his strength, society began to rebuild, and with his name came something more than just power. He became a symbol, known as the First Hero, someone who brought hope. For a time, things slowly calmed.
Then he vanished...
Many decades later, the HPSC let's its new Hero step into the public eye.
Superman.

Summary
Izuku Midoriya still couldn't believe just how much his life had changed over the last year. Not only had he met his icon, the number one hero, All Might, but he was taken under his wing and had somehow received his quirk. And it was with said quirk that he managed to make his way into U.A's hero course, he was getting closer and closer to his dream every day, and he still felt like it he didn't deserve it all. Everything was going smoothly during his second day of school, he tried out his brand new costume and was in the middle of his first combat trial. Being placed on the heroes' team, Izuku was carefully making his way through the halls of the empty building, before a splitting headache hit the back of his head and he fell onto the ground, he tried looking back to see what had hit him, but his vision was completely blinded by something that felt like various extremely bright lights. When he finally managed to open his eyes again, he was met by... an extremely worried-looking naked girl?

Now he works dispatch for Musutafu Emergency Services, spending his nights guiding heroes through emergencies over the radio and his days avoiding just about everyone from his old life.
It works right up until Ochaco Uraraka walks back into it.
Turns out moving on is a lot harder when the person you're trying to move on from never really left

Summary
Izuku Midoriya, Quirkless but Prodigy Genius, has the potential to become one of, if not, the greatest mind of the current generation. But after an accident that damages his face, he becomes colder and gains a hatred towards the current hero society that tries to hold him back from his goals.
But Izuku knows he is too great to be held back like this, so no matter what stands in his way, he'll become a someone that everyone has to acknowledge and recognize. That is his oath as Doctor Doom.
