Summary
He thought he had more time. He thought the shit he pulled across all of Ra’s bases and his takeover of WE would be enough to keep him occupied until Tim could think again. It’s only been four months. That’s too soon. That’s way too soon. Tim couldn’t face him again so soon—
-Ra’s is planning to make an appearance in Gotham soon.
-Stay safe.----
Ra's had far more nefarious motivations for bringing Tim to Nanda Parbat. Unfortunately, Tim neglected to tell his family exactly what Ra's did to him.

Summary
Dick’s face scrunched slightly as he looked vaguely in the direction of the locker room beyond the wall, his detective brain already connecting dots. He turned back to his brother. “Did something happen on the drug raid?”
Yes, but nothing that hasn’t happened a dozen times before, which was part of the issue he wanted to address.
“Yes, it-“ he hesitated.
“You need to stop pairing me up with Jason and Damian for patrols.”
-----
Jason and Damian never really mellowed out in their treatment towards Tim beyond no longer trying to kill him or maim him. Dick and Bruce decided to send them on missions and patrols together to that they could learn to work with each other, but didn't account for the fact that those two were being assholes on purpose. A sabotage by his own teammates pushes Tim past his limit and he confronts Dick about this decision.

Summary
"It had been a while since he had spoken with someone who was his age, with all his schooling done online for peak ability. It was convenient, in all ways but social. Everyone in the world he had inserted himself in were either old, murderous, or just people he didn’t like very much. It was nice to know that there’d be someone around his age to confide in, maybe be friends with. Or consider a brother.
That was until Damian stabbed him, which very quickly put all those thoughts to a screeching halt worthy of a concussion headache as he sputtered and bled out from his midsection."

Summary
Jack Drake wasn’t the best parent, but at least Tim had one, right?
He could’ve been an orphan like the rest of the strays pulled into Bruce’s orbit, bound together more by trauma than choice. Damian was the only one with a real tie, an unshakable claim. A family, but only technically.
And still—one Tim was never quite part of. His father made sure of it.
Jack kept him just far enough away to remain separate, on the fringes, close enough to see everything he was missing but not to belong, to be chosen.

Summary
Sometimes he wonders how long it would take for his parents to actually notice, if he were to do it. And even when they did- he doubted they would give him much thought, they could always try for another, and if not there's no shortage of orphans in Gotham. It would probably be for the best really, if he were to go, he can’t remember the last time he had a real conversation with his parents that didn’t end in someone screaming. In fact, he imagines its not out of the realm of possibilities that they would be relieved that he’s gone.
Or not. His parents care about him. How pathetic is he, moping about on Christmas Eve, thinking ungrateful thoughts when his parents put so much money into taking care of him. Just because they didn’t want to spend their holiday with a snotty preteen, doesn't mean that-
“Do me a favor, and step away from the edge’” a voice says behind him, kind but firm, leaving no room for argument.
Tim jumps. Hard. He whips around and opens his mouth to tell off whoever's decided it was a good idea to interrupt him, before he realizes who exactly is speaking to him.
It’s Dick Grayson, or rather- Nightwing.

Summary
Tim closed his eyes and thought about Jason, bright and passionate and alive. Robin laughing as he leapt across Gotham’s rooftops. Jason snickering into a plate of hors d’oeuvres as Brucie Wayne spilled wine on a rude socialite. Robin gently placing a bandaid on the skinned knee of young girl, spinning a dramatic tale to distract her from the pain. Jason standing in the parking lot of Gotham academy, rambling excitedly about The Great Gatsby to an amused Dick Grayson. Robin grinning over his shoulder at Tim as Tim raised his camera.
Gotham needed a Robin.
But Robin was dead.
Tim thought about Robin, cold and broken and still under Gotham’s soil. Robin, whose last moments had been pain and terror. Robin, calling for a father who would arrive too late. Robin, who would never fly again.
Gotham needed a Robin.
But Robin was dead.
Robin is dead. Tim Drake is going to fix that.
