Inspired from post from Pinterest: "It's been over 13 years since I first read PoA and I still can't believe Harry asked the Minister of Magic to sign his Hogsmeade permission form." and then the comment, "Au where Harry brings back Voldemort instead of Peter because he's already tried everyone else and maybe Voldemort will sign it for him".
Harry needed his Hogsmeade permission slip and after a visit to Gringotts, he found out he had a relative! And they could sign it! The only issue? The man sounds a lot like Voldemort except the name was totally different.

Jeongin lifts an eyebrow. “I very clearly remember something about you and Chan signing marriage papers not too long ago.”
“And pack alphas and pack betas are basically like parents of the pack”, Changbin joins in, “so it would make sense to assume they’re also dating each other.”
Jisung huffs. “We’ve had too much to do. And he’s still one of my closest friends, even if we’re not dating!”
“But do you want to be?” Jeongin counters, and Jisung pauses. “Because if you do, you could just ask him, you know. He literally gives you heart eyes. The only reason you’re not already together is because no one asked yet.”

OR: On Jisung's first day in a town populated entirely by werewolves, he runs into a guy planning to start a new pack, a middle ground between the two rivals that currently dominate Moonwood Mill. Chan may start the group, but Jisung makes them a pack.

Summary
Jisung knew that moving in with an alpha was a terrible idea. Catastrophic, even. But his roommate bailed on him claiming that he had to move in with his boyfriend, leaving the omega alone and not being able to pay rent on his own.
