“Satoru?” The word rings, fuzzy in his ears as it whines like tinnitus, familiar and heart stopping.
‘I’m dead.’ He can’t even hear his own thoughts over the loudness of the world, staggering where he stands, eyes still fixated on the sky, on the sun. ‘I’m dead, I died, I felt my heart stop, this can’t be, it can’t-’
“Hey,” it comes again, a little more urgent than before, a little closer, another hammer to his ears and all the noise shrieking behind his eyes. He recoils hard enough to go stumbling as a hand reaches for him, covered in flesh rather than empty bone, tan and recognizable. Unbelievable.
There’s something wet trickling from his nose. Bile stings on the back of his tongue. The words dissolve into the rest of the white noise as he stares up at the blue of the sky, and tries to remember if he’d ever had a hallucination as bright as this.
‘I have to be dead,’ he thinks. Somehow, he isn’t.
Or: Gojo Satoru goes back in time. He makes a couple of changes for the better.

Summary
Toji doesn’t have any political standing in the clan and can’t protect Megumi like Naoya can; Megumi knows that now. His father’s status and Naoya’s power over both of them was made very clear to him during his time at the summit of all three big clans.
He just can’t figure out why no one wants to protect him from Naoya.
It’s like they don’t even see it, blind to everything but Naoya’s boundless strength and wily charm. Sure, he’s the embodiment of Zen’in perfection and Naobito’s favored son; people fall over themselves to cater to his whims, but what about Megumi?

Megumi Fushiguro never stood a chance in life. His mother died when he was five, his father abused and neglected him, and he has never felt right in his own mind or body. The only two people who have ever cared about him are his sister Tsumiki and his mother's childhood friend Satoru Gojo. Gojo is the only person in his life that has ever been like a parent to him. He practically raised Megumi and his sister and was always there when they needed him. Meugmi is slow to trust and love, but holds his family and his two best friends very close to his chest. But now, at the beginning of his sophomore year of high school, Tsumiki has gone away to college and his conflicting emotions about one of his friends have thrown him for a loop. But still, Gojo is there. He doesn't leave and remains an ever constant persence in Megumi's life, which he is eternally grateful for. But sometimes, it's not enough to silence the voices in his head, however much Gojo tries.

Megumi Fushiguro wanted nothing more then for Yuuji Itadori to be happy.
Yuuji Itadori wasn't happy.
He was a monster.After Sukuna mass murdered Shibuya, Yuuji wants him dead. He wants Sukuna dead so badly that he doesn't care about killing himself.
He didn't care, until he remembered Megumi.
Megumi Fushiguro was going to save Yuuji, with the help of Yuuta Okkotsu who was starting to really regret going to jujutsu high in the first place.

Megumi forced his heavy eyelids open. He looked up into eyes that hadn't changed in decades, amber and bright and full of life.
"I love you," Yuuji said. "Every version of you. Every year that passes, I will keep loving you."
Megumi hates looking in the mirror. He can only see a withering old man standing next to a beautiful husband who remains eternally young. But Yuuji is determined to prove to him that every gray hair and aching joint is still something worthy of being worshipped.
