Summary
She banishes the Wizard and imprisons Madame Morrible. She disbands the Gale Force and places Fiyero's murderers on trial at the Hall of Justice. She has her staff gather all of the Wicked Witch propaganda within the palace and orders it to be incinerated. She issues a proclamation denouncing discrimination against the Animals, and rallies the League of Governors to repeal anti-Animal legislation across Oz.
However. There is one thing she hasn't quite figured out.
"Glinda?" Pfannee steps into her office. "Dorothy's asking for you again."
Glinda's forehead hits her desk with a resolute thud. "Oz help me," she groans. "Tell her to go away."
Or: After the Melting, Glinda puts herself back together through sheer force of will. There's work to be done, and she is the one person who can do it all.

UPDATE: Hello- to anyone who may encounter this work, I'd like to let you know that it will never be completed, and that I've made the difficult decision to orphan it. I unfortunately lost motivation for the story years ago, and the writing is so non-reflective of where I am today that I can no longer even bring myself to read it. I am sincerely grateful for the lovely engagement I received on this story over the years. This was my first ever fic posted to AO3 and it was a truly wonderful experience. I'm regretful that I was never able to come up with a conclusive ending for this one, and I apologize to anyone who may have been anticipating one. Thank you to all those who made the experience worthwhile.
