Darcy's not sure about that, but she IS a firm believer that when Captain America and his brooding best friend want you to get naked with them, you don't say no. The rape/non-con warning relates to two scenes (neither more than 2 pages) in two chapters in which Bucky reveals some memories of his time with HYDRA to Darcy. It does not relate to the present or the pairing(s).
