    Sabo looked at him wordlessly for a few heartbeats.
    He blinked, then swallowed, his gaze fell back down to Ace's waiting hand.

    He had a patch covering the gland on his wrist, the considerate bastard, and Sabo wanted to curse him for it.
    His vulnerable omega side was desperate for Ace's alpha scent and that's why he wanted to growl at his brother and preferably rip the patch off but the rational part of his brain reminded him that it was safer this way and that maybe a little skin contact wasn't too bad as long as Ace wore his patches dutifully.

    Sabo hesitated to say yes but he wanted it.
    His voice broke when he finally answered with a small “Yeah, okay...”
