A glimpse into a glimpse...The boy stood there for another second, the brown curls of his hair sticking out of his cap and blowing in the gentle breeze. He turned his head and spotted Bruce. His eyes were an otherworldly shade of blue and his smile was as bright as the sun. It was a little blinding, Bruce thought.
“Hi,” the boy said, waving at Bruce with the hand that held the ball.
Bruce wasn’t sure why this kid was talking to him. In Gotham people usually kept their eyes on the ground and minded their own business. But it would be rude for him not to say anything back. “Hey.”
The boy tilted his head and held out the ball. “You wanna play?”
