Summary
Louis offers Lestat the joint. Lestat stares at it, hesitating.
"Go on," Louis says.
"Are you peer-pressuring me?"
"Mm-hm. I'm a real bad influence."
"Well," Lestat says, shrugging, "I can't say no to you."
Their fingers brush as Louis hands over the smoking joint. Ash falls in little specks onto the bed. Lestat places the joint between his plush pink lips, tipping his head back as he inhales deeply.
Louis licks his lips. He's overcome with the urge to climb on Lestat's lap and kiss his pale, exposed neck—but he's locked in place, his whole body heavy, weighted like an anchor undersea.
Louis and Lestat smoke a joint and go on an adventure across campus to get some food. Louis spirals about their relationship along the way.

Jacob was without a doubt one of the most sensitive and perceptive human beings he’d ever encountered. He’d felt it instantly. This was true about his acting instincts, which were phenomenal considering he had so little formal training, and this was also true in life. Sharing scenes with him had been one of the greatest gifts he’d been given in his entire career — and he’d acted opposite some solid names in the industry. Something about the intensity of Jacob’s acting style pulled Sam into his orbit and immersed him in the moment completely. Tearing through the thin veil that separated fiction from reality. In the short, fleeting moments between “action!” and “cut!” they truly were fated lovers. Fatally in love.
