5th year canon divergence, no bashing. Meant to replace books 5-7: mostly follows canon lore as outlined in those books but with significant deviations from the plot itself, including character development of the main cast post-Goblet of Fire. Explores what might have happened if Harry was given the help and support he needed, while avoiding the standard !Indy tropes.

Summary
Seven months into Severus Snape's term as Headmaster perfects a potion to send his soul back five years so that he can change the war for the better. Once back, Severus decides that since Dumbledore's plans led to Voldemort taking over the Ministry and Harry fumbling around, he would create his own plan without Dumbledore's help. He takes over Harry's training and prepares Harry for the upcoming war while accidentally giving Harry the family he always craved.
Snape decides to begin the Horcrux hunt now, along with organizing allies to help stop Voldemort's return. He uses his skills as Britain's youngest potion master to change their fate by working with guilds, werewolves, the ICW, the Ministry, and goblins. Because a war can't be won by one person, and the magical world deserves the right to fight for its own freedom instead of relying on children.
Series TW:
Before chapter 37 there is very little violence. However, the violent scenes begin to build from there as the war draws close. As of December 2023, Chapter 86, I changed the rating from T to M as the rest of the chapters will be entirely focused on the war. Summary
