Before White attacked Masaki and Isshin, he attacked and consumed a Vasto Lorde- Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck, gaining her powers and mixing with her, before becoming the dominate soul, though even with this he still meets the same fate, at age five Ichigo Kurosaki lost his mother, but also gained something, His fater worried over losing his son gifted him Masaki's Quincy Cross in hopes it would activate if he was endangered, unsuspectingly this awaken his Quincy powers feeling the terrifying power of his hollow half, the Quincy part of him began to try to use his connection to Yhwach to siphon his power to boost himself, though unfortunately this didn't go so well, and he couldn't go after Yhwach himself but one of his minions instead Bambietta Basterbine. slowly the siphoned power he was taking would overwhelm him making them fuse. with all this and the kick start from Rukia changed Ichigo forever.
