Maekar here is a little omega, almost defenseless.
Baelor, older and stronger, was always in love with his brother. Marries him before going to war, to protect him. The marriage was not consummated.
When he is in battlefield the rut hits him, and he chooses a omega lannister to spent the rut with. With no possibility of being with his husband.
When he comes back 2 years later, Maekar is not ready yet to be with him. And discovers the betrayal.They spend Baelor rut together and finally mate.
The brothers confront each other. Baelor was 2 years far away, it was them that keept Maekar company and they are not to be treated like a threat to their bond. -

Chapter 5
Maekar gets pregnant when is underage (not baelor). There is sexual tension between the brothers, but nothing happens. Baelor gets married with Jena.
And Dyanne in love with her best friend, wants to get together and raise the children that its not hers.
They have children of their own.
Baelor ends up having sex with Maekar when he is 19, and Aerion is his son. Baelor is controlling, and believes that being the alpha of the family gives him power over his brother. Aerion is out of control. He wets the bed, has fits of rage, and sets fire to his own room to get attention.Aerion is in a hospital-boarding school, Daeron is in reab, Dyanna died, and we finally know that Daeron's dad is uncle Daemon
