“Phukan. Look at me,” Cir says, in a no-nonsense voice that makes Phu want to obey and look up at him.
But looking at him means facing what comes next. It means seeing whatever look is on Cir’s face, and it probably means talking about what just happened, and Phu can’t. He just can’t. Cir never said he likes Phu, which means there’s still a possibility that he’s facing a rejection. That the kiss has made Cir realize that he’s not noticing Phu because he likes Phu, but just because he finds Phu and his antics annoying or weird or something else like that.
So instead of looking up, Phu does the only other thing he can do to avoid facing Cir.
He runs away.

Picking up right where the special episode ends in the alternate universe, Phu and Cir (with help from Jin and Wim) talk about what's gonna happen after their kiss.

Summary

Jay's gaze on him was dark and intense. It felt like he was hacking away at Yoohan's defenses, even more than when they were exchanging blows. His eyes greedily took in each of Yoohan's features, a luxury he usually couldn't afford, with the distance between them. When they paused on Yoohan's mouth, he looked three seconds away from consuming him whole.
Unable to take it any more, Yoohan broke eye contact. "You didn't answer my question."
Exiled prince Yoon Jay returned to the palace to take over the throne, and Lee Yoohan is his personal bodyguard.

Summary
When Cir agrees to exchange places with Zone, he does it for one reason only—to keep Phu safe.
