Summary
After a Bloody incident with the so-called Mixed Brigade led by the old entity known as the Black Baron and IMP, questions arise about the creatures and the event itself, as a commission is set up to discover what truly happened that day. However, the results of the investigation will lead to more discoveries than was previously thought, as the Baron's abilities and leadership will be put ot the test in a battle to complete a job no matter the cost, while trying to balance between the line of reality and morals.

In a world (not so different from ours) where superheroes and villains exist, and the City of Gibraltar is rotten with corruption, a new villain comes to light, the Black Baron, who is actually a tremendously autistic 18-year-old who has a dream (or several), who is as pathetic as he is intelligent, who will try to push a good agenda in a horrible world... or so he tries, it's the intention that counts.
So, with a plan and a mythical device, he will jump into villainy in an unpredictable way, but very bombastic.
