Wilbur took in a deep breath, looking back to her. His expression dropped into one of shock when Anha’s hand suddenly, and easily, snatched his beer from his larger one. She chuckled and brought the half empty bottle to her lips, downing a swig and shivering. Her leaves rustled with the movement. Wilburs look of shock wiped from his face with another glare and she met his gaze equally. A silent moment passed between the two researchers, two fires battling one another – one angry, the other determined.
