The halloween party came and went. It was only a few days after the New Year, that Sam found Jessica, his newly made fiancée, ablaze on the ceiling. He did the only thing he could. Call his brother.
It wasn't a shock to have his father answer Dean's phone in his stead, but it did chill Sam to his core when his father told him that Dean had been missing for months.

The portal to the Empty had opened. Finally, after a full year of searching, Dean was going to bring Castiel home.
