Summary
This is a project to create a conlang that will expand upon and deepen the Elvhen language that was created for the Bioware game series, Dragon Age. Elvhen, as it is used in the games, is a cipher, not a language. My goal is to create a complete conlang, or at least a simulated conlang, that other fans can use. The goal is to create a constructed language that is to Dragon Age what Sindarin and Quenya are to Lord of the Rings.
I do want to stress that this is a constructed language based upon the limited Elvhen we had encountered within the games. I am not using magical linguistic ninjitsu to "Figure out," the Elvhen language. In terms of the "official," language, consider this linguistic fan-fiction.

He'd prefer to drink his leave away in a bar and return to duty as dulled to emotion as possible, but Anderson has other ideas. He finds himself recruited for a surprising assignment; personal security for his hero. She's been mistreated, attacked, betrayed and nearly killed. It's James' job to ensure that no further harm comes to her. He'll take his duty more seriously than anyone could expect.
