Tellur wanted to live his second life with his mother peacefully on their small farm, it didn't matter all that much to him that he now had talons and wings and claws and the ability to do magic. Something that he learned quickly was that his current parental figure was fond of throwing him. Literally. He would get tossed fifteen feet in the air before she would catch him again. It took 24 times before he figured out what she was looking for. As he was falling back to the ground for the 25th time wings unfurled from his back and kept him afloat.
Which was… literally the coolest thing ever.He had wings! Real wings! They were blue on the outside, with orange feathers on the underside. They matched his moms, which she showed off as proudly as he did.
He proceeded to admire himself in a mirror for at least thirty minutes.
