Time travel allows Chrissy and Eddie to be alive I guess, but everything still happened. Only Chrissy and Max remember what happened while they were Vecna'd. Chrissy saw everything through the hive mind. Jason is still alive and Chrissy breaks up with that jerk immediately at the start of this story. Her and Eddie go on a date at McDonald's right after. Eddie seems worried being with him will make her life messy. That's where it left off. So far it's all from Chrissy's POV.

Warpath and Domino are a couple here. So is John Greycrow and Arclight. John Greycrow turned on Sinister because he was keeping Arclight to keep him in his employ. The X-Men rescued her, so now her and John Greycrow are the X-Men's prisoners waiting judgement by them.

Layla left the superhero community 10 years ago and hasn't talked to Warren since. Warren has recently disappeared after his dad escapes from jail and he tracked him to Mexico. Layla is sent to go undercover to help bring him back before he gets killed or the government decides he needs to be brought in. Layla was shown a letter Warren wrote about how he had been in love with her the whole time. Layla just told him how this letter was shown to her. She confessed to having been in love with him to, and how she still is. Warren still is in love with her, but doesn't tell her because he doesn't want her a part of the mess with his dad.

1 year after the Rise of Skywalker, Rey is a mess. Ben is the World between Worlds. He just made it over to visit Rey for the first time, but it seems like he can't stay yet. I think people may know she is a Palpatine and wonder were Leia's son is.
