Co by se stalo, kdyby se kromě klasických čarodějů, čarodějek, mudlů a různých kouzelnických bytostích vyskytovali ve světě ještě bilokanti? Mocní čarodějové s úžasnými schopnostmi. Jenže o tom Kate vůbec netuší. Až do svých jedenácti let vyrůstala v dětském domově, kdy se jí často zdávalo o černovlasém brýlatém chlapci s jizvou na čele. Potom ale nastala změna. Přišel ji dopis z Bradavic, zjistila, že je čarodějnice a seznámila se s tím chlapcem ze svých snů. Přesto tu zůstává stále několik záhad. Kdo jsou její rodiče? At first glance, you could say that this story is a modern Cinderella.
He lives in a world of Harvard graduates (and one non-graduate), expensive suits, high-profile legal affairs, and luxurious Manhattan apartments and offices. She lives in a Brooklyn one-bedroom apartment, without family, has a not-so-good past and needs two jobs to manage the rent in that mini-apartment. Yet their worlds collide.
But the problem is, she's definitely not Cinderella.Starts with episode 2x10 - High Noon.

Na první pohled by se dalo říct, že tenhle příběh je taková moderní Popelka.
On žije ve světě absolventů Harvardu (a jednoho ne-absolventa), drahých obleků, veledůležitých právnických afér a luxusních manhattanských apartmánů a kanceláří. Ona žije ve v Brooklynském jednopokojovém bytě, nemá pořádně rodinu, zato má nepříliš dobrou minulost a potřebuje dvě práce na to, aby zvládla v tom minibytě platit nájem. Přesto na sebe jejich světy narazí.
Ale problém je, že ona rozhodně není Popelka. -
