It has almost been 20 years since that fateful Sinsmas between Stolas and Octavia
Time has moved on, people have changed, hell has changed. Despite it all though Blitzo and Stolas are still together, the old couple never more in love with each other then before. Everything in their lives has become somewhat stable despite the obvious presence missing from it but they try the best they can to take each year with stride
All of that is thrown for a loop when a Goetia shows up at their door claiming to be their granddaughter

“Moxxie, who the fuck is that?”
Blitzø had told Moxxie he didn’t want another court jester. They had been through a shit ton of them and the last one, Dennis, had been so fucking terrible he’d decided it was a position his castle didn’t fucking need.
“He’s a jester, Your Majesty.” Moxxie provided unhelpfully. “Or maybe he’s a clown.”
The guy was dressed in a goofy ass costume made up of reds, yellows, and blues, with a pointy hat on top of his head and the stupid markings painted on his face. Obviously he was a jester. But he was also freakishly tall and covered in feathers, and Blitzø had never seen him before.
“His name, Moxx. And what the fuck is he doing here?” Blitzø snapped, lower eyelid twitching.

Or; A mysterious clown owl shows up at Blitzø's castle. He doesn't speak, he's not very funny, and Blitzø is unreasonably horny about it.

“Shoot me,” Stolas said. In the past a blessed weapon would be needed, but in the state he was in now…this should do it. Did he want to die? No, he didn’t think he did. But it was difficult to gather the strength to want to live. He’d been trying to keep it together for Blitzø’s sake. He’d been trying so hard. But if Blitzø didn’t want him around anymore, then there was simply no one left to try for.
Blitzø looked at him in confusion. Then he shrugged, lifting his gun to aim at Stolas’ head. “I mean if that’s what ya want –”
OR
Shortly after Sinsmas, a version of Blitzø from the past shows up, having swapped places with present Blitzø, the one who actually liked Stolas. Stolas convinces this past Blitzø that he's his court-ordered secretary and nothing more, at least until he can find a way to undo what's been done.
