Summary
Trafalgar Law finally got his PhD and is ready to take up Penguin on his offer to go out and party. He joins a small “welcome back”-gathering for their mutual friends Sanji and Zoro. There, he meets an overly confident and smug hulk of a man named Eustass Kid. They play some rounds of truth or dare, which ultimately ends up with both of them in a shack to play some 7 minutes in heaven.

Summary
With the papers tucked under one arm, his knuckles rap against the door to Marco’s room. Ace can hear the responding yell from Marco, the man telling him the door is open. Inside Marco sits at his usual spot by the large wooden desk. He’s got his nose in a set of his own reports, his hand momentarily pausing as the first mate looks up greeting Ace with that nice smile of his. It is not the smile that makes heat creep up his cheeks though. Marco is wearing a pair of red-rimmed glasses, Ace has seen them on him on a few occasions but the first mate doesn’t usually have them on. For some reason, there is something extremely attractive about the way he sits with those on.
Slightly leaned back in his chair one arm on the backrest to better look at Ace. That signature smile and those glasses hanging just a little low on his nose, framing his nicely sculpted face and those intense blue eyes. For a moment Ace forgets what he even came in to do in the first place.

First, it's an excuse to write porn.
Second: Here, only Zoan are Alpha/Beta/Omega; Lodge members are not. Marco's Phoenix is an Alpha, and since Marco isn't, he has many conflicts with the creature inside him.
Third: can talk about scents, bites, or "knotting," but keep in mind that nothing will happen like in the omegaverse (there are no pregnancies either, unless it's a relationship between a Zoan Alpha and a Zoan Omega).Ace is NOT an omega; only Marco's Phoenix perceives his scent as something delicious and wants to possess him because he's good... a wild brat he has to tame somehow.

Summary
Ace expected to die at the hands of Whitebeard. Instead, he finds himself stuck aboard the Moby Dick, “kidnapped” by a crew that stubbornly insists on calling him “brother.” Determined to escape and reunite with the Spades, Ace isolates himself and rejects this pirate family he doesn’t understand.
And besides, if this family is so close-knit, why did their mysterious First Commander vanish on the very day Ace arrived, abandoning his post and leaving Thatch and Izou on edge?
When he finally reappears after two months of unexplained absence, this Marco is nothing like the fearsome great pirate Ace was told about. He is calm. Strangely forgiving. And above all, his eyes carry the weight of an unfathomable grief and a crushing melancholy that Ace cannot explain.
Between his explosive anger, the appearance of an amnesiac revolutionary who awakens the ghosts of his past, and those unbearable blue flames that seem determined to heal his deepest wounds, Ace will have to face a terrifying reality: what if he were finally allowed to live?
The fic is finished and I’m posting it as I reread/edit it (a few chapters per day). (working on epilogue's request)

Soap tries not to make the exhale of relief too audible.
Small mercies, but what the fuck are the rules? Soap wasn’t aware that they had many rules, or any rules.
OR Soap has been raised to hate and fear these monsters his entire life - but how true are the rumors really? Captured and bound, he's about to learn some of the cultural nuance first-hand.
