Summary
Now as they flicked their freshly regrown tailfeathers- which seemed to be slightly less shiny than they remembered, though they attributed that to a simple lack of lighting in their room at such an early hour- that unease was all but forgotten. Swatch’s mind was once again focused on the present, and they had an important personal obligation to fulfill. This was a fairly recent addition to their routine which they now allocated at least five minutes a day towards: examining themself in the mirror.
Although Swatch never gave much attention to the body beneath their color coordinated clothing in their youth, taking medication to change the very code that comprised their form gave them a newfound a reason to do so. After so many years of hesitation, they were quite excited to finally start seeing their estrogen pills take effect. So far, the results of this endeavor were… still forthcoming.
In which Swatch reflects on their medical transition as they prepare for work.

Summary
Glimmer’s face and antennae both lit up the second ze opened zir door.
“Sweetheart!” ze shouted upon seeing Swatch standing in front of zir.
“Good afternoon, my darling,” they responded in turn. Before anything else transpired, ze pulled them into a quick, energetic kiss. The speedy collision of mandibles and beak made them both giddy as Swatch pulled away and continued, “Also, as this is the first time I’ve had the opportunity to say so in person, I wish you a very happy birthday.”

Summary
Vibiano had always been fine with sitting in silence. There were frequent times when the only sound he could hear was the steady hum of their sewing machine as she worked diligently on creating the next garment he’d been tasked to design. Quiet meant more time to brainstorm, more time to dream about new projects, and- perhaps most importantly- it meant more moments where nothing was going severely wrong and causing a ruckus.
However, Hector did not share this sentiment.
After a few minutes spent fidgeting with his glasses and silently lashing his tail back and forth, the relentless urge to talk about something bubbled to the surface. Hector let out a small sigh- which caught Vibiano’s attention- before speaking properly once more.
“Do you ever think about it?” he asked as he stared out into the horizon. “About how it could’ve all been so different?”
In which Vibiano and Hector reflect on their past and present while staring at the sea.

Summary
In an instant Jevil had plummeted to standing on his tiptoes rather than floating. He effortlessly bent down and pulled Spamton back to his feet. Once the salesman recovered from the startlingly swift change of position, Jevil leaned close to him: those burning yellow pupils were staring through Spamton with a wicked excitement.
“IF YOU WISH TO WOO ME, YOU’LL HAVE TO CATCH ME FIRST!”
Jevil then broke into a sprint, howling with laughter the whole time as he sped down one of the Mansion’s hallways. It became clear Spamton would need to literally capture Jevil before he agreed to discuss anything further.
In which Spamton uses a series of cartoonish ploys to convince Jevil to give him one chance romantically.

Summary
In this moment, all of Glimmer’s erratic behavior made sense. There was only one thing- one specific group of Darkners- that could ever cause zir such a profound level of unhappiness, which both of them had believed to be long gone.
Even the suggestion of their presence made Swatch feel their colors turning ice cold, but they needed to know the truth. Their breath halted for a moment from some combination of concern, fear, and sympathy for their partner.
“Your old bandmates have come to Castle Town?”
Glimmer nodded.
When a group of unkind Darkners from Glimmer's past appear in Castle Town, Swatch does everything in their power to help their partner cope with this sudden arrival.

Capochin has always been the upmost loyal and devoted to his boss and best friend, Hector. Ever since he met him in that cold, lonely alleyway one night. He’s dedicated years and years to stick by his side, as a thanks of sorts for saving his life.
Now, with Hector's ascension to godhood coming up soon, it's up to Capochin to take up his role as the new head of the Bizzyboys, still continuing his role as Hector's right-hand man, of course. Capochin is driven to make sure that he'll serve his god well, upholding only the best possible image for both him and the rest of the Bizzyboys, no matter what he'd have to do.
He doesn’t want to fail his leader, after all.
