Summary
The Targaryen Conquest is delayed by 130 years. The descendants of Aenys and Alyssa remain on Dragonstone, clinging to the Valyrian traditions that their distant kin on the Mainland have forsaken. Meanwhile, the descendants of Maegor and Ceryse build a city at the mouth of the Blackwater, richer and more popular than their strange, isolated cousins across the bay.
The Seven Kingdoms would stand no chance against the combined forces of their dragons, but a century of estrangement is difficult to overcome. And when Daemon, the Lord of Dragonstone, escalates hostilities with the Targaryens of Aegon’s Landing, reconciliation becomes an almost impossible dream.

Summary
Saruman believes that Isildur's Heir is carrying the ring, so he sends his orcs to capture the Men of the Fellowship. Aragorn and Boromir are taken prisoner at Parth Galen and brought to Orthanc. In the days that follow, the two men forge a friendship that endures through torture, war, blood, betrayal and the trials of kingship.
This is an AU that picks up at the final scene of the Fellowship of the Ring movie, then takes off on a course roughly parallel to the two later books.
Rated Mature for violence.

Suddenly thrust into a life or death situation, Inho must do what it takes to win - all he has to do is out live 455 other people.
