Summary
Chrome is an OC from my own Circus story known as "Le Cirque des Monstres Mécaniques" a steampunk Victorian styled circus that originated from France in the 1800s.
In this series I call "Twisted Circus Acts" I want to show off how a few different circus members would interact with The Freak Circus cast. How love would bloom and if any meet a fate worse than death and heartbreak or if love truly can conquer over all!
The first act is with our Siren clown, Chrome, who sings a song in his heart for two!
The second act is with our Ghoulish clown, Ghost, who loves and gives but is never gifted love. He who loves all, will his love reach them? Or will he be forgotten?
The third act is with our Feathered Lady of the Trapeze, Rosa, an elegant swan-like ballerina who captures the eyes of a certain Doctor.
The fourth and final act is with our very own Ring Master, Dokuro. He who still has ahold of his whimsy can show the other leader the difference between his fears and need for control. Or will he kneel for the one and only Jester?

Their steps echoed throughout the empty plaza.
"It feels weird to say it right now."
"You can say it at any time, Master Illuga. It will not make me uncomfortable."
They both climbed the short flight of stairs up to Illuga's home.
"It's still a little hard to get out."
"That's okay, I can wait for as long as you need. I don't want to do anything you don't agree to."
They stopped mid-way while walking across the bridge to his house.
"I love you, Flins."
(OR: Flins goes to get Illuga to join him on an urgent mission, realize they both have feelings for eachother, then speedrun to bang)

Lucifer was trying to listen to the duke babbling away at him. Really, he was.
It was important to keep things in the kingdom running smoothly, but what Mammon was droning on about was just so uninteresting. All numbers and figures, promises of goods moved from here to there – this was why he had people for this sort of thing.
But Mammon had gone through those people, and Lucifer was almost asleep in his throne as he talked about how far into the black this latest shipment would get the kingdom, how it would be a boost to royalty and rabble alike. He was nodding vaguely along, chin on his hand and elbow on the arm of his throne, when he heard it.
