He felt that it's not ethical to see Souei this way, but still his traitorous mind kept envisioning holding Souei's large hands and never letting go, kept dreaming about cradling him close, kept hoping to feel his oni’s lips against his. He longed to taste that mouth, to run his fingers over cloudy navy hair and to rain soft kisses all over his face.
He tried his best to not imagine further than that. He stayed in his self imposed boundary, quickly vanquishing any thoughts of Souei that exceeded tender affection. His oni did not deserve to be demoted as a main figure of such disgusting, depraved fantasies. He was so dedicated to not step a foot in the admittedly blurry line that he didn't dare dream of Souei initiating any intimacy. It was always Rimuru giving, never the one receiving.
That was the case. That was supposed to be the case. He was supposed to go on with his life only yearning for Souei that way.
It all changed this rainy afternoon, however.
