Dick sips his Mr.Freeze-shake slowly as Jason, still sniffling, eats his fries next to him in the shit-ly lit Batburger on the corner of Bristol and the Dimond district. Dick cups his hands and starts to cry softly. Jason hands him a fry. Dick only begins to sob harder.
Dick hears a boom and turns to look at his tolled car exploding in a bunch of fiery pieces. His JBL speaker landed a few feet away from them at the Batburger windows.
OR, Bruce adopts a new kid and no one is a functioning adult

Aether looked up to Kaeya’s concerned and scared eye. Brushing away his hair and moving his eyepatch so he can see both eyes clearly. Kaeya’s eye was beautiful. White eyelashes, and a solid black eye. There was no white, just a solid black void. Easily mistakable for part of the night if there wasn’t the moon. He pulled the taller man in, shock clearly in his eyes, gently in for a kiss. It wasn’t anything extra or special, but just a kiss.
To anyone who genuinely enjoyed the past version; I promise you that it was a long time ago, and you don't remember how bad it was. IT WAS FINNALY REWRITTEN YAY!

When the kid just bared his teeth in what could be generously described as a grin, if one were to squint and generally have the vision quality of a mole, Jason turned back to the rapidly paling Tim. "You want to sweep the place for signs of Nightwing while I wrap things up with junior over here?"
"Junior," the kid scoffed, which was real fucking rich for someone who was an inch or two from being strictly categorized as fun-sized. "Fuck off."
"Hey, watch your mouth. Kids who don't know times tables aren't allowed to swear."
"I can multiply just fine, jackass."
"Hood," Tim cut in, voice squeaky like it'd been squeezed-compressed-squashed ten times over. "I don't need to keep looking for Dick. He's right there."

"My god, how do you still not have cavities?" Jason comments, frowning at Dick's sugar-loaded monstrosity.
"I don't know—how come your fat ass isn't rolling around with all the burgers you eat?" Dick replies flatly, slurping loudly at his milkshake.
Jason flips him the middle finger. Dick returns the gesture.
"You two are so immature," Damian scoffs. "Idiots," he mumbles, not quietly enough to keep Jason from hearing—but knowing Damian, he might have done it on purpose.
And with that, another wave of insults erupts.
Tim sighs and takes another bite of his burger, dodging without blinking the little spoon of sour cream that Jason redirected after Damian threw it at him.
The guy who took their order slowly retreats toward the kitchen. Tim makes a mental note to leave a generous tip.
Or: Exactly what the tittle says. Everyone has a hard time. But hey, at least there were laughs.

Jason is determined to win- and determined to waste this therapist's time. Spinning a web of lies under the incredibly creative pseudonym "Tayson Jodd," he finds himself falling further and further into the recesses of his mind, and discovers that maybe this therapy thing might actually be all that it's cracked up to be.

Summary
After a heavy accusation from Batman, Jason Todd runs away from Gotham to Bludhaven, spending a weekend reassessing his life and wondering what's next as he leans on Dick for brotherly advice. Jason is characterised as a teenager in search of his own identity outside of Robin, sensitive, friendly, and hopeful. This is angsty though, like, it is angsty - you've been warned.
Set right before Jason's death, this story picks up on Batman's accusations that Jason killed Felipe Garzonas as seen on "The Diplomat's Son" arc (Issues #424 and #425).
Only romantic relationship featured is between Jason Todd and Rena, no batcest AT ALL
