This is part 3 of a series that has begun to consume me. I recommend reading part 1 and 2 first.
Bumblebee has been taken hostage by the Decepticons, but it’s not all bad. At least his guard is a super hot triple-changer. Of course that doesn’t exactly help with the fact he’s got no plan to escape, or that his team might not even bother trying to save him. (Or that he’s got a lot of other issues to deal with before getting free). It could always be worse though, right?

Summary
Defaulting to working in the military after you couldn't land a solid job in mechanical engineering, you had basically assumed your life would now consist solely of maintaining fighter jets and Humvees for the army.
It wasn't entirely the worst, but it did get repetitive after a while, especially when you had originally been shooting for an internship at Lockheed Martin (engineering ethics classes be damned). Your job paid well enough to keep you there however, albeit only with the occasional grumble of how you wished you'd taken a more exciting engineering gig instead.
Of course with the situation you've found yourself in now, you'd do just about anything to return to the safety of your humdrum day job.

“Awe, Ze.” Regect says through a yawn, pointedly ignoring him, getting in the bed, “I knew you liked me. Somewhere. In there. Deep, deep down.”

Ze has been refusing to sleep since he's come back. Obviously, the only solution is for all three of them to sleep in the same room. Regect doesn't know what to do with himself.

It's pathetic. He’s a soldier, crying to invisible Gods like they will answer. He’s bled, he’s fought, he’s strung his bow and killed more people than his conscience allows him to remember. He switches his tactic, opting to pray to something more tangible.
“Regect,” he pleads, head bowed as jaws inch closer to enveloping his torso. “Get your ass over here.”
