Summary
I have always had something of an antagonistic relationship with Edward. I didn't have siblings as a human, but I imagine my feelings for him are close to how having a brother would have felt like. His particular brand of self-loathing and self-absorption had grown on me, rather like a fungus, throughout the years. Edward in love was a different, more irritating beast entirely though. Predictably, I would have to watch him turn what should have been the happiest time in his immortal life into a tragic display of martyrdom and melodrama. What I didn't expect was just how gifted the object of his desire (obsession) would be at stumbling into the most absurd and potentially life threatening situations just by existing.
