Summary
This story is a greater exploration of our original characters Rooke and Sterling and their growing relationship. Their all too comfortable domestic fluff is oh so rudely interrupted as Sterling is called home to address a growing unrest and possible war in his home kingdom. Now, they face an extended period of separation and no promise of an end other than the one they make to each other.
This work is meant to have at least 3 parts, I am trying to work on finishing it as it has been on hold for 1.5 years. Bear with me!

Summary
Sterling has traveled to the Fae/Elven Kingdom alongside of Rune for the annual royal ball that all the allied kingdoms attend. Inevitably separated from Rune and left with the Fae whom he is sure hates him Sterling is not so sure how the night will go. As conversation flows and the two end up dancing the night away Sterling finds himself drawn to Rooke and the night takes an unexpected lovely turn.
This is my proudest work with these idiots yet! I also was granted creative liberty by these two's creator to write alternate fem Rooke as I love strong fem characters and it felt right in this story. Regardless, of the pronouns used the story and dialogue is still true to the characters.

Summary
Sterling arrives back to the Fae kingdom after a prolonged diplomatic stay in the Goblin kingdom. He and his equally exhausted partner Rooke reunite and a much needed rest ensues.

Oliver got up with a small sigh he then paused for a moment to stretch before taking out the trash. He made his way out back to the dumpster behind the theater and opened the lid and heard a sound that almost sounded like a startled yelp from inside. He set the trash bag that he was holding in his other hand down and lifted himself up to see into the dumpster. To his surprise, someone was in the dumpster. The person in the dumpster looked like they were shielding themself from whatever was about to happen, but nothing happened. They looked up at Oliver and Oliver got a good look at this person. They looked dirty, beaten, and miserable. They also looked like someone Oliver met before- 'NO... It couldn't be... could it?'
