Summary
This year, I've decided to participate and wanted to use the daily themes as chapter headings for a multi-chapter fic. SO. Get ready for a 7-chapter adventure, cannon-divergent, that begins with season 3.
Aang was still struck by Azula's lightning, but when he woke up, his bending powers were gone. Now, the gaang has split up; Sokka and Aang to the North to find his guru, and hopefully regain his bending, and Toph and Katara to Caldera in the South, to use the eclipse to rescue Iroh from prison.
The White Lotus, Earth Kingdom rebels, and Southern Water Tribe fleet have joined forces. With their combined military intelligence, they've learned to abandon any further attacks on Caldera during the Day of Black Sun. But they will re-take Omashu and other key cities. Then, they'll surround Ba Sing Se while they retake the coast, eventually fighting their way to the Fire Nation capital with Avatar Aang restored. Hopefully, it all goes as planned.
But Katara and Toph are restless, waiting in a house in Caldera for the eclipse.

Summary
Everything in his life seems too good to be true. Sure, being Fire Lord is stressful and constantly throwing curveballs at him. And, yes, there are mounting problems on the international and domestic fronts. But he has the love of his life in his arms, someone to share not only his heart but also his problems and passion for helping the people of the world. Together, they've done incredible work. He can't believe how lucky he is.
And so, when Katara has an accident that wipes her memory of the past 5 years, putting him squarely back into "enemy," he can't help but feel it's what he deserves. And as hard as it is to accept that she can't remember their amazing love story, he just wants to have her in his life--even as just friends.
--
Or, the story of how Katara loses her memories and still, against all odds, falls for her enemy once again.

Summary
Zuko's had people have crushes on him... but he finally realizes that he has a crush of his own, and on someone who is probably (definitely) not interested. A Zuko POV story mostly set after the Day of Black Sun, up to the final battle, but with a vary chaotic timeline.

Summary
Zuko and Katara are married, symbolically uniting their nations while they grow up and wait to truly be married. In between, everything that set the stage for peace and alliances falls apart. What are they to each other in the wake of another war?
--
The Fire Nation is ruthless in it's colonization of the world, but the Crown Prince Iroh seems to be one last hope for peace with other nations. As he takes more control of international politics from his aging father, Fire Lord Azulon, he makes more peace treaties and slows down the war effort. Chief Hakoda, working to establish more autonomy and control of his people's fate (as they struggle on the precipice of colonization or extinction), travels North to once again unite the sister tribes. But he gets more than he bargained for... His daughter, who had been sent North for her own protection years before, is chosen to be the sacrificial lamb in their peace treaty. She will marry the son of the younger prince, never to see the throne but always to live at court. Her marriage will solidify a union between North and South, Water and Fire.Until Ozai decides he's had enough of his brother's peaceful ways and stages a coup.

Summary
What if? What if Iroh was a more active mentor in his nephew's life? What if Zuko and Katara had more chances to interact, like in Ba Sing Se's caverns? What if there was an earlier understanding, an appreciation, a respect?
An early-cannon divergent fic with single-perspective chapters.

Epilogue will be added by October 1st.

Summary
This is going to be a problem.
He's a washed-up hero in a broken suit his daddy built. Hand-me-down armor and a legacy he couldn't protect.
A hot washed-up hero with scars I want to trace with my tongue.
With abs I want to drag my nails down.
With a quiet strength that makes me want to see what it takes to make him break.
Fuck.
This is absolutely going to be a problem.

Summary
Zuko joins the Gaang at the end of The Blue Spirit and drives Katara crazy. Dealing, double-dealing, struggle against one's darker impulses; fluff, friendship, laughter; love, rage, peace. Mostly canon-style characterisation, tone, plot, (lack of) swearing and sex, violence ... for a while.

"Don't do this to me."When Zuko joins the Gaang, Katara feels nothing but pure loathing and that is all she'll ever feel... right?

Summary
It's a Zutara non-bending Regent Era AU!! Especially for all the people out there who have yet to get over the 2005 Pride and Prejudice movie but also for people who've never seen it and just want a nice Regent Era/ Bridgerton-esque lightweight read.
Katara hates Mr. Lee. The most arrogant, entitled man she has ever met. A man she wouldn't marry even if all the men in the world should suddenly disappear. A sentiment that he shares, Katara knows. He's proved this multiple times with his mean words and actions, but then why does he keep looking at her, and she at him?

But things are boiling over between the Fire Nation and the Earth Kingdom, and between friends. And none of them are prepared for the consequences.
An exploration and some canon rewrites of events during and after The Promise, dedicated to everyone who hated the comics.
