Summary
In a snap judgement, Midoriya Inko uses her quirk to save a life during surgery. She's promptly fired. The reason? Unlicensed, illegal quirk usage, cause enough to revoke her medical license and with it, her salary. At the age of ten, her son Izuku's life is flipped on its head. They move to cheap apartment in a more run-down area, sell their things, and work long hours to make ends meet.
The world is rotten, and he begins to see the cracks. Unfair rules, chains written in ink that shackle everyone unfairly. Villains running rampant, unabated by corrupt heroes. His heroic dreams hold firm - he and his mom both promised they would always do the right thing.
When Izuku is fifteen, he leaves work one night to see a woman being suffocated by a villain made of sludge, surrounded by explosions. Heroes watch uselessly and the crowd stands by, so he rushes in to save her. This woman, Curious, turns out to be a head lieutenant of the Meta Liberation Army, and in Izuku's heart she sees a roaring flame.
What follows is a chain of events in which Izuku finds a new purpose beyond being a hero... Liberation.

Summary
Danny would like to say for the record that it was not his fault.
In fact, Danny would say that it was entirely Clockwork's fault. After all, he wouldn't even be in this situation if it wasn't for that cryptic time god.
But what was his fault was the fact that he kept helping.
He kept taking the cash from the assholes messing with the residents who lived in the area (and damn there were a lot of assholes near where he lived). He kept accepting their offers of food. So because of this new routine that kept him able to afford to rent out his shitty (and possibly illegal) apartment and the hunger pangs sufficiently satisfied, rumors grew.
tldr; after Clockwork dropped of Danny in Gotham he tries to make the best out of the situation which includes helping out some people. Except along the way that led to rumors that he was an up-and-coming crime boss. A rumor he was largely unaware of.
Not Abandoned! Slow updates.

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...
STAR WARS: BLADES OF DEFIANCE
War rages across the galaxy. The Clone Wars have torn countless worlds apart, and the Jedi Order is stretched thin.
Thrust into the heart of battle, a young and untested Padawan finds herself under the command of the wise and formidable Jedi Master Plo Koon, and alongside the battle-hardened 104th Battalion — the Wolfpack.
At first, her raw skills and fiery spirit earn little more than doubt and side-eyes from her new allies. But through fire and fury, she hones her power, growing into a warrior the galaxy will never forget — one who may even rival her master.
Yet, even as the Republic clings to victory, darkness looms. The unthinkable happens: Order 66.
Betrayed. Hunted. Alone. The Jedi must fall... and one survivor must decide if she will rise — or be consumed by the very shadows she once fought to destroy...
