Midoriya Izumi is a very simple girl. If by simple you mean a traumatized mess with abandonment issues and a serious tendency to pick up stray Pokemon (and people) like collectible action figures and adopt them into her family.
In a world where power is in no shortage, with Quirks and Pokemon intermingling in a Hero society, Quirkless and scarred Midoriya Izumi has a dream to become a Hero alongside her Pokemon. Which is much easier done than said, considering the number of times she has been ridiculed and beat down for that dream.
After years of training and uh... practicing her skills (In other news Vigilantism is a pretty cool hobby with upsides such as finding new family members you can yoink off the streets.) Midoriya Izumi is ready to enter her dream university alongside her Pokemon and-
-Heal. Make some new friends. Gain a lover or four. And become a legal Hero (optional).
TL;DR: Welcome to hell, it's a place where Pokemon and Quirks coexist. Buckle in, it's gonna be a bumpy ride as we follow Quirkless Vigilante Midoriya and her Pokemon on her journey to become a functioning adult and Hero.

"Pray for a quirk in your next life and take a swan dive off the roof!"
That single goddamn sentence kept haunting her. Every time Bakugou touched her... forced himself onto her, she could hear that sentence bouncing around in her mind where it had seared itself without her permission.
Izumi didn't want to do it. She didn't want to end her life. She didn't want to let him win.
But after saving Kac- Bakugou, only to be trapped in a whole new cycle of suffering which broke her bit by bit, Izumi just... shattered.
She decided that it would be for the best if she just took Bakugou's advice, both for her and the world at large.
Turns out, inactive Quirk(?) factors choose the most (in)convenient times to activate.
Armed with a newfound power, a brilliant and ruthless mind, a random voice in her head (He takes offense to that.) reacting to her life like it's the most interesting reality show ever (Technically it is.), and a truckload of trauma and spite, Midoriya Izumi is ready to-
-Heal. And also gain some new friends through the intense trial of social interaction.

Frisk... really didn't know why she thought the fall would kill her. She was literally made to be indestructible. Falling down some hole while thinking of dying wouldn't really change that.
And now she's stuck in a random hole down Mount Ebbot.
Great.
Wait, except, it isn't just a random hole. It's a random hole which leads to a whole kingdom of monsters. (Only in species, not in the human definition of that. If she went by those standards she would be the monster here, not these painfully naive people.)
Also, there's a talking voice in her head.
And also, on top of her bullshit biology, she now has the power to bend time!

I have finally returned to the Undertale Fandom, and I present to you a complete rewrite of Determined to [SAVE]. Featuring actual worldbuilding, better writing, and an actual plot. Along with some actual defined power for Frisk other than "magic goes woosh".

Summary
Midoriya Izumi was an enigma. A girl who activated her Quirk very recently, yet had amazing mastery over it. One of the purest students he's ever had, despite looking straight out of a horror movie with those hollow pits for eyes and that uncanny smile. And also, she acted like a cat.
Aizawa Shouta was determined to get to the bottom of this mystery, and also probably slam dunk Bakugou Katsuki off the roof of the school building. He swears to god, that boy was going to be an amazing Pro Hero someday, but if the Pomeranian called him 'Dadzawa looking out for his ittle wittle kitty daughter' one more time, he wasn't even gonna live long enough to see his Hero License.
(Though... maybe the boy's words had some merit. His parental Soulmark did resemble one of Midoriya's Soulmarks. But that wasn't quite possible. That Soulmark had died almost an year ago. Must be his grief making him think irrationally. After all, he saw the dead body of the one who would've been his daughter.)
(Also fuck you Nedzu, you can't have her even if she reminds you of yourself a bit too much and is way smarter than her peers. She's a cat and it's a general rule of thumb that all of the cats in the neighborhood are his.)

1) Hisashi is right here. And he's a good Dad.
2) Inko is fucking terrifying.

5) Izumi is a former Vigilante, and Touya was her Vigilante partner.

Summary
In another attempt to get One For All, All For One had infected All Might with a 'viral' mind control quirk, that spread a paranoid idea from one host to multiple.
All Might went on to infect Nedzu and Eraserhead with this virus, and once it got to Eraserhead, that's when the paranoid idea triggered. The idea that Izuku Midoriya would be the traitor in UA.
Izuku was kicked out of UA, and while All Might tried to get the quirk back it didn't exactly work like that anymore. Izuku Midoriya was killed in the short time that it seemed like he didn't have One For All.
But eventually he woke up, a prisoner in a cart, and a person in blue armor exclaimed 'Hey, You! You're finally awake.'
This is the story of how he returned after escaping the place he was Isekai'd to.

Izuku Midoriya is a medically Quirkless delinquent with an evil spirit possessing him, except it's not really evil, it just punches everyone who gets in his way. Learning about the history of his power, he gets wrapped up into the world of Stands and fighting against the evil known as Dio, or his remnants at least.
On his journey to bring the concept of evil to it's knees he'll make a lot of friends along the way, some becoming something more, with heroes and villains alike fighting for his approval. With Star Platinum at his side The World will bend the knee, nations will rise and fall, and reality will become his fantasy.
Or,
Izuku is a Stand user and the reincarnation of Jotaro Kujo, somehow gets a harem, and a lot of bizarre shit happens.

Summary
Field trips have never been great for Midoriya Izuku, but when the trip to the USJ takes a turn for the worst, it probably takes the cake for the worst field trip he's ever been on (which is saying something, he got left behind once when he was 6 and that was a nightmare and a half).
He has to navigate the League of Villains and get out with all his limbs, keeping Shigaraki Tomura from getting mad, and if he's careful, he might swing a quirk out of it.
Aizawa Shouta, meanwhile, is at a loss as to how to get his kid back. His quirkless student has a lot of knives and a lot of heart, but they have no leads as to where the League could have taken him, and as soon as some heroes hear "quirkless," they write him off.
