Summary
A not-so abandoned Hydra base explodes, they fight their way through an ambush, and now Tony is following Bucky through the frozen woods to a safehouse. Following the Winter Soldier, to be more precise, because Bucky went AWOL and his alter ego took charge as soon a Hydra goon pointed a gun at Tony.
The Soldier, he calls himself, with his brutal efficiency and that patented stoic demeanor, and maybe Tony should be afraid for his life, but he's not. No, mostly, he's just trying to ignore his busted ankle, the freezing cold seeping into him, and the fact that he's secretly head-over-heels in love with both sides of Bucky Barnes.
Getting to the safehouse before the blizzard hits will keep them alive, but Tony doesn't think it'll help with the rest of this mess.

Death did not know what to do with the Child that had landed in Their Realm of Helheim. They may have once upon a time been the mortal Harry Potter but it had been a millennia since then and while they had watched aeons of life beginning and evolving and ending, the mortals living and fighting, creating and dying, they hadn’t actually interacted with anyone on that plane since their first run and suffice to say even the dead did not speak with Them.

Summary
In his workshop, during board meetings, in the back of his limo—Hadley would sometimes just be there.
Oddly enough, Tony had found himself not minding, especially once he’d confirmed there were no signs of brain tumours or anything else that might be causing him to hallucinate. Hadley is good company, as far as non-medically caused delusions go.
Or, the one where Tony thinks he’s been imagining Hadley Peverell since Afghanistan. It’s normal to have feelings for your hot imaginary friend in your forties, anyway, right?
