    With every passing second the sounds get louder and more desperate, relentless, making more uncharacteristically needy cries slip out of Luffy’s mouth. Just from the growing intensity of the kisses Sanji can tell that Law, as per usual, has already caved in and surrendered to the other captain’s demands without any further thought.

    At this point Sanji’s jaw is not just on the floor, but on the bottom of the damn sea, he cannot believe what he’s witnessing right now.

     

    Or…

     

    Law and Luffy get up to no good while everyone in the men’s quarters sleeps, and Sanji can’t help but listen.

    Meeting Luffy has changed Law's life in more ways than one. Not only is Doflamingo gone now, but Law is allowing himself to have romance and even friendships outside his crew for the first time in his life. And though it took a while to get there, by the beginning of Wano he's doing better than he had in a really really long time.
    But the threat of Kaido still looms over, and when Law watches him beat Luffy and snatch him from right under his fingers, something inside him breaks.
    While Law has gotten fairly close with Zoro in the time he spent with the Strawhats, and that somewhat helps the situation, the homophobic cook he's in love with is really starting to get on Law’s nerves.

    Aka, a reimagining of Wano with Law and Luffy in an established relationship, and Zoro and Sanji having a background slow burn heavily featuring Sanji's internalized homophobia.
    Soaked with metaphor, trauma, and panic attacks - with an eventual happy ending.
