Raleigh realizes that Chuck may just be dating him to piss his dad off. It makes sense: Chuck's 21, still in university, and wants to stick it to the man. Raleigh is 26, left the military for construction work after he was injured, grows his hair out, is covered in tattoos, and rides a motorcycle as his main mode of transportation.
One day, Chuck is going to get bored with him, isn't he? Raleigh should just end it now. For Chuck, he's just a phase. For Raleigh, Chuck is everything.

Mostly I just wanted to read a fic where they have a baby and I couldn't find any on here so I decided to write my own. I apologize for the series of fics that are birthed from this idea.

RO-DE-O. RO-DE-O. RO-DE-O!!!! Short and sweet and accurate to rodeo. 💜🩵 in my heart there's a whole novel of this and it's 100% written better than all the gay cowboy/rancher books i've read and haven't read but are sitting on my shelf, disappointing me.
