It was a normal day so as expected All might is walking through the streets in his civilian form on his way to whatever important meeting, he has that afternoon. He has so many meetings one can never know which he is going to or if he is even going to a meeting at all. That is the kind of hectic life he has as the symbol of peace especially in this society. He is taking his usual route to one of the weekly meetings that’s not as important but still needs him to attend it.

Summary
After Izuku’s death lots of things change. He returns from the dead as a Haunted Stuffed Animal, and finds that now he has a quirk of some kind. He can still be a hero, right? Well, not in the way he had hoped… he is dead after all. So what now? How does he become a hero? How does he get revenge? Does he want revenge? Katsuki is different now. Izuku doesn’t hate him. In fact, now that he’s dead, he’s starting to understand him, and Katsuki has realized just how much damage he’s done.
Now Katsuki is wondering… Is he a villain?

He stays in the shadows, watching life unfold before his unageing eyes. Now, though, life has hit peaceful times, in other words: Izuku gets bored. What does he do? Becomes a hero of course.

200 years ago, the first ever recorded quirk came from a glowing baby. No one knows why or how. Only that the number of cases multiplied. In just a few years, quirks became the norm.
Not for Izuku. He was abnormal. And after being caught in an explosion, he was going to find out just how far from normal he was.
But that won't stop him from being a hero.
And, power or no power, he'll prove to the world that quirks don't make a hero. However, something dark is on the move. Something the world has never seen before. And whether he likes it or not, soon the world will know his name.
