    It's the first winter after Pitch's defeat. Jack is happy, he's not alone anymore, and his memories are gradually returning. But when a treasure hunt gone wrong puts Jack and Jamie in danger, flinging them through time and space, they find themselves on an island neither of them have heard of before. Jack's first priority is to get Jamie home safe, but Berk's inhabitants - human and otherwise - are certainly not making it easy.

    Knowing they will leave Berk and the Vikings behind as soon as they know how to, Jack is not going to risk the pain of growing close to any of these people (or dragons, for that matter). But Hiccup Horrendous Haddock, wearing his heart on his sleeve, doesn't seem to want to take the hint.

    When the first ever RK-900 model goes completely haywire, Connor is reactivated in order to hunt it down.
    The RK-900 needs the valuable information about deviants stored in Connor’s head. It captures him after a very unfortunate chase.
    Held against his will, Connor is stuck, with nobody to save him.
    At least Nines is tormenting him instead of humans.

    RK-900 kidnaps Connor and takes a sick interest in trying to deviate him. Connor stays, even though he has multiple opportunities to escape, because there's nothing left for him out there. Even if he does capture the RK-900, he'll still be obsolete and deactivated once again. After all, maybe Nines isn't too bad...

    Yoon Bum and his older sister Eunseo suffered horrific abuse at the hands of their uncle. When she quickly got married after a surprise pregnancy, 6-year-old Yoon Bum soon found out he would not be escaping with her. On the brink of desperation, Yoon Bum was finally able to confide to the authorities and be taken away from his traumatic upbringing. After years of hard work, introspection, and therapy; he is finally able to confront his sister with the hopes of rebuilding their relationship.

    However, things quickly do not go according to plan. Yoon Bum didn’t intend on rescuing his sister and her son from another abuser. Neither did he imagine falling in love with the responding officer. And he was especially not prepared for his nephew, Sangwoo, who seems to be too possessive of his savior uncle.

    What started off as a mission to heal past wounds becomes a sordid tale of obsession, discovery, and perseverance.
