For 2 years, the house next door sat empty, and Gerard liked it that way. Quiet evenings, reasonable bedtimes, nobody on the other side of the shared wall in his little slice of heaven in Belleville.
Then Frank Iero moved in, some punk kid seemingly determined to make Gerard's life as difficult as possible, and that peace was destroyed.
