Summary
[This is a lot more serious and has a lot more adult content than the comedy, but it is very loosely based off of the movie Happy, Texas. Which inspired the name as well.]
Frank and Gerard witness a murder by two hitmen and are on the run. When their car breaks down, they get confused for a couple of teachers moving to the area, who also happened to be a married couple. How will they be able to play these new roles they've been handed, all while hiding out from the Mafia?

He and Gerard had planned to sit and watch the movie that night, but he was silently praying that what happened during their last movie night cuddling session didn't happen again... but was he, really? Frank had been so confused since admitting to himself he was attracted to his best friend. It was two months later, and that night was the premiere event for the release of "Bite The Bullet". Gerard was almost as nervous as he had been his first day on set. The difference now was that he knew Frank would be there to keep him calm and help him through it all.Not like there would be a big audience anyway. No one had been predicting that this would be some big Blockbuster hit or anything. Although now that he thought about it, the place they were having the event at was kind of swanky, so maybe it actually had booked more people than they were originally expecting.

Frank had told him constantly of his plans to travel out to visit Gerard more, but something always came up and ruined everything. College was already time consuming enough, but now every single second of his free time on the weekends was dedicated to working odd jobs and giving guitar lessons so he could start paying off his uncle for the car. Gerard knew it wouldn't last forever, and that he didn't owe much, but it was so hard for him to be away from him.
At least Halloween was coming shortly, and Mikey had been helping Gerard plan something pretty awesome for his birthday.^v^Fade^v^

Smutty '05 Warped Tour One Shot — Frank accidentally makes a new friend and enlists Gerard to save him.
This happens to him all the time — Frank talks to everyone like he’s known them forever, then acts shocked when they actually believe him. One person mentions Greg Ginn in a catering line and suddenly Frank is locked in, sleeves shoved up, sharing his tattoos, his gear setup, his favorite horror movies, and at least two opinions nobody even asked for.
The problem is that he does it with his whole face. He gets bright and interested and fully present in a way that makes people think they’ve been chosen for something. Then, five minutes later, the consequences arrive.

Frank would've let it slide, typically, he knows what it feels like to get lost in making sure everything's perfect, but Gerard's tiny slither of a smile let him know that these actions were filled with intent. He was being a bitch on purpose. When Frank's eyes squinted at the expression, Gerard began to dig himself a deeper hole.
"Dunno what you mean, Frankie. Just tryin' to do my job," He seemed to consider something before continuing, face scrunching minutely, "Why? Do you have a problem with that?"
What happened next could hardly be described as Frank's fault—Gerard let himself be pushed down so easily after all, and his eyes looked so sweet staring up at him from where he truly belonged; at Frank's feet.
"I do, yeah. I think—" He gripped Gerard's hair with a firm hand, pulling him back just to watch his neck flex, "—that you need to learn some fucking manners, slut."

Frank Iero is a barista who at one point really, truly enjoyed his job at the local cafe. But the powers that be (unchecked capitalism) have turned his workplace into something soulless and miserable, a thing he has to get through to pay his rent on time. The only thing worse than the new corporate bullshit is the newest regular: a weird, quiet guy who camps in the corner all day on his laptop and gets under Frank’s skin like no one else.
