    Summary

Fuck. His heart was beating out of his chest at the thought.

    Was he a pervert now?

Johnny cleared his throat, cheeks warm.

“Didn’t realize that was an option.” Johnny said evenly, his words considered like flour leveled off in a measuring cup, dumped into whatever this mess of butter, sugar, and want this was. He hoped he was hiding his sudden desire well.

He watched as Gyro sat back on his elbows, forcing a relaxed posture, not wanting to scare him off, clearly. His eyes were downcast as he tried to measure his own words, “Mm? What is an option, compagno?”

“Foolin’ round with you. Never really crossed my mind.” Johnny said honestly. He’d never even imagined himself with another guy, let alone his mentor… his friend… until a few minutes ago. And yet, despite how others might feel about it in the race, in town, in America—he didn’t really give a damn.

    He was goddamn wanted.

    Summary

Emmet wanted his brother back. He probably should have thought twice about asking a banished god who doesn't get out much.

Giratina's "creative problem solving" left a lot to be desired.

    Ingo is just plain lost.

No one is happy with this arrangement.

    Summary

“...Jotaro,” his mother asks eventually, strained, after a few minutes of silence. “Is… there something happening at school that I don’t know about?”

Jotaro's thumb grazes over his knuckles, still bruised from last week. He's not entirely sure what to tell her. He doesn’t want to be a burden. Even if he told her, he thinks, she wouldn’t be able to do much at all.

He assumes that what’s actually been happening will die down after today regardless.

“No,” he finally decides. “Nothing’s wrong, Mom. I’m alright.”

    --
Jotaro’s life had already been messy before Egypt, to an extent. It certainly only makes sense that it’d get worse afterwards. It just wasn't really in a way that he would've considered normal prior to it.

Not that it’s anyone’s fault, he thinks, but his own.

    Summary

It’s quiet. There’s no birds, no sounds of the distant cars or the planes or the noisy people that she’s accustomed to. There’s the tide kissing up against the shore, but it doesn’t brush anything onto land with each movement that it rises, which is equally just as unusual. The best way to describe where she finds herself is ‘dreamlike’. It looks like the middle of the day. It’s clear outside.

Probably not shocking that the embodiment of her father’s mind represents the ocean. Of course it would.

    –-

Jolyne looks through her father’s Memory DISC in the hopes of discovering why things had turned out so poorly.

    Summary

It seems too dreamlike when he spots Jotaro sitting in the backyard, watching the quarter moon. His presence makes about as much sense as a dream image, like fish swimming up the library staircase. He still wears the clothes he went to bed in; Noriaki has spent enough time trying not to stare that he’s well acquainted with how Jotaro prefers a tank top and boxers, no matter the weather. The bare leg hair that he’s spent an inappropriate amount of time admiring is now exposed to the winter air, sending dismay through him now as he realises how cold Jotaro must be. It shifts into concern, because Jotaro seems so nonchalant over it.

Jotaro is having a rough night. Noriaki tries his best to help.
